Terms & Conditions

In order for us to provide you with the best possible customer service please provide us with complete billing and shipping information. All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely.

Taxes

Florida customers are charged a 6.5% tax rate on the product order total (excluding shipping).

Returns and Exchanges

Ride-n-it, Inc.'s goal is that you are satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the need arises to exchange items. Ride-n-it, Inc. will exchange or refund any returned merchandise that is unused, undamaged and still packaged in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. There is a flat shipping fee of $5.00 for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back C.O.D. would be refused.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards. You can also print out the contents of your shopping cart and mail it to our address accompanied by a personal check or money order. No C.O.D. service available.

Privacy Policy

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, as well as information volunteered by the customer, such as purchase information or feedback. We never sell or in any way distribute personal information to any person, business or organization outside Ride-n-it, Inc..
